This is part of a permanent art display by internationally-known artist Dennis Oppenheim of New York at Sacramento International Airport installed in early 2005. It consists of 10 massive steel and Lexan bird sculptures that are mounted, at various heights, on the parking garage located in front of Terminal A. Each time I go to the airport (ten times this year), I try to take a couple of photos. Took some yesterday after saying goodbye to Mom at the escalator.
